Feedback on Stress Workshop Nomhlanhla Ntuli:I have learned that I control everything that happens to me. I will not blame anyone for my sorrows and stress that is negative. I also learned that there is positive stress, that we need to continue producing. I have done the breathing and listened to the cd, it helps with inner peace. Even my partner noticed the change in me. I have started exercising and eating healthy and feel good. I am joyful. Jimmy Matlou The course taught me how to be patient and not to allow the situation to control me. After 3 days of attending the course I can be able to handle difficult clients at work. When I feel down I listen to the CD and it boosts my mood. Venessa Moodley Excellent motivational course. I personally would recommend this course to be conducted yearly together with customer care training. This will benefit a lot of employees within the department of labour. This will assist us greatly in our working environment. Rose Before I attended the course I was angry, irritable especially with my family. I have learned to be calm, peaceful and happy since I attended the course. Most of the time I am calm at work, relax and enjoy my work while before I did not. Managers and supervisors need this training urgently. It would be nice if stress management be part of our work performance, it should be an on- going thing. Nthabiseng Mothepu I have learned a lot, I did not think that I will overcome my fears, anger, hatred, and bottled up. I learned to forgive. Especially at work. I suggest that our team leaders, supervisors, and management to attend this course, it will really change their mind set. I have learned everything what you have to do when you are stressed. Methods, movements, dance and song that you can play. It is a good course, I wish the department can enroll it for everyone even our managers and supervisors and cleaners. Thank you Dr Arien, she is a good facilitator. You are so humble and I am going to practice everything that you have taught me. Patrick In future I will be able to manage stress and again I know how to let it go and make peace with myself and the people around me.
