She works as a mind-body facilitator, spiritual teacher, health coach and skills development facilitator in the field of health and wellness. She is well known for her integrative approach in discovering blockages in the human energy system which leads to physical, emotional and spiritual disease. Ms Motsei, who manages Waterdown Health Farm & Spa, is a psychology graduate, Afrikan spiritualist, author and poet who spent the past two decades working as a counselor, trainer and consultant working mainly on personal empowerment for women across Afrika, North America and Europe. As part of her own healing process, Ms Motsei published a book titled Hearing Visions Seeing Voices in 2004.
