I went onto the site over the weekend and I was really couldn't believe the value and the variety of information and tools and techniques available on this site - it's incredible! Now that I've had a look (and done the assessments) I'm not surprised to see these kinds of figures.

I know that I commented to your previously how impressed I was with the site, but you guys have really tried with this newsletter.
I wasn't expecting it and it really was not just a lovely surprise but so full of beneficial information. I think it was easy to read, very practical, appropriate and the articles are just the right length so that you don't want to say "I'll read it later when I have time". I would like to have told you which article I thought was of most interest to me, but actually they all were.
So once again, I would just like to let you know - as a Discovery / Vitality member - I think that this is outstanding! And as a Discovery employee, I'm really proud (in the most humble sense of course - heehee).

Just a short from the Free State to say Thank You for your talk on Natural Medicine and Stress Management at our Campus Health Conference on Wellness. I wish we had more time for this very important topic but in the two and a half we gave you, you've done a great job! Thank you for that. It was a privilege to have you with us and the respond that we got from the delegates was that the talk was "beyond achieved". They were very satisfied.

STRESS MANAGEMENT COURSE (4 hours)
- The session was found to be very valuable and all the participants thoroughly enjoyed it. Some of the participants have identified that they are currently going through a "stress patch" and are now able to address the stress factors head-on.
- The method of presentation was very informative, everyone's attention was held at all times and fun was had. There is now a lot more understanding about stress and how to handle it.
- The creation of herb gardens is on the rise and even fish ponds have been fixed up to create a more serene atmosphere!
- The session added a lot of value to our personal lives and the way we look at things that happen around us. Our reactions have changed.
- Well worth it, thank you.
